CLARIFICATION
REGARDING DR GRAHAM KELLY
Media
coverage yesterday referred to the Australian Taxation Office launching legal
proceedings against Dr Graham Kelly, a former director of Novogen
Limited.
Novogen
wants to make it clear that these proceedings are a private matter between
Dr
Kelly and the ATO and are not Novogen a company matter.
Aspects
of the media coverage yesterday referred to an ongoing relationship with
Dr Kelly and the Novogen group.
Novogen
advises that Dr Kelly is no longer a director or an employee of Novogen Limited
nor of its US subsidiary Marshall Edwards, Inc.
