On October 11, 2023, Kazia Therapeutics announced its intention to delist from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The Company was removed from the Official List at the close of trading on November 15, 2023.
Following the delisting, the Company maintains its listing on NASDAQ and the fully paid ordinary shares in the Company are no longer quoted on the ASX.
Resources for shareholders
Shareholders who did not convert their ordinary unlisted shares to American Depositary Shares (ADSs) prior to the ASX delisting can now convert those shares to ADSs.
